Accounts Executive

Job Profile:

• Recording daily cash collection, Reconciliation and banking
• Checking GRN, supplier bills and entering to system, Import costing & Variance analysis
• Maintain daily cashbook & Bank Reconciliation
• Coordinate with suppliers on payment and keep records
• Prepare payment vouchers and keep necessary records on payment

Person & Skills Profile:

• The candidate should be partly qualified in ICASL or similar Accounting body
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar capacity
• Commercial & Audit experience would be an advantage
• Should possess a good command of English, both oral and written and must be computer literate specially in MS Office
• Should be a person with high interpersonal skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
• Should be age below 30 years
