We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as:

Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration with exposure to Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent Proficiency in English written & verbal communication

Job Role:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop strong advisor relationships with key customers
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare reports and analytics to assist with management decision making
  • Conduct monthly presentations to the management with regard to revenue generation
  • Pleasant, outgoing personality with an interest in working intensely with the Public
  • Sound knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures with IT background
