Financial Analyst

Role Profile:

  • Preparation of monthly financials/ MIS adhering to reporting guidelines
  • Preparation of annual plans and monthly plans and monthly forecasts of latest estimates in order to evaluate the attainment of financial objectives
  • Oversee the monthly/ quarterly / annual Physical Verification of Inventory to ensure accuracy between system and physical inventory
  •  Preparation of company-wide performance and evaluate and interpret the financial implications of key performance indicators
  • Prepare reports to identify and communicate the impact of internal and external variables to identify risk implications of business plans
  • Support business decisions by assisting cross- functional teams with preparing value added management reports
  • Carrying out the annual physical verification of fixed assets

Personal Profile:

  • Member / Passed Finalist of CA / CIMA / ACCA
  • A Bachelors Degree in Finance from a reputed University with a 2nd class upper or above will be an added advantage
  • Thorough knowledge on budgeting & forecasting
  • A good knowledge on Sri Lanka Accounting Standards
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Computer based accounting applications skills (familiarity in handling ERP systems)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical & interpretation skills
