Computer Hardware Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective installation, configuration & maintenance of Hardware, printers (Laser & Dot Matrix) and other related IT equipment in order to ensure that they run smoothly without interrupting to Company’s operations.
• Planning & execution of the scheduled maintenance plans & update the inventory of all present & newly acquired equipment.
• Evaluate the Hardware installation & ensure that the durable parts are replaced with cost consciousness.
• Investigating, Diagnosing & solving Computer Hardware faults in responding to breakdowns quickly.
• To follow good Computer Housekeeping practices in relation to back up procedure.

 
Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional qualification in Hardware Engineering, a Diploma with A plus is preferred.
• Having at least eight (8) years working experience in the computer maintenance environment in a reputed organization.
• Effective negotiation skills and ability to lead the technical team is a must.
• Thorough awareness of current market prices of computer hardware parts.

 
Age preferably below 35 years
