General Skills & Qualifications Required 

• Skills in common computer applications and operating systems
• Skills in networking, software configuration, troubleshooting
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is a must
• Ability to work independently and achieve challenging targets
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent will be an added qualification
