Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the training and development plan by identifying areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Fulfil recruitment requirements by evaluating organisational development plans, conferring with senior management and layout effective recruiting strategies to meet the demand. Source applicants through various recruitment methods and maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
  • Implement talent management and succession planning programmes by identifying positions that could be developed into the next level to ensure that there is strong second level management team.
  • Maintain appropriate channels to handle staff grievances and counselling.
  • Should be able to work as an integral part of a highly motivated and focused team working together in a result oriented conducive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM or relevant professional qualification from a recognised University or Institute.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in the HR field of which 1 year in the similar capacity. Prior exposure of handling HR functions in a bank or finance industry would be an advantage
  • He should be a smart individual below 35 years who possess strong analytical skills.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and superior interpersonal, coaching, planning and prioritising skills.
  • A team player who drives towards excellence with a focused determined and proactive outlook.
