Manager - Marketing

Job Profile / Main Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic direction for the brands in line with the business objectives
• New Product Development and product management
• Development of marketing communication campaigns
• Action market research endeavours
• Conduct periodic reviews, analyse and constructive reporting of brand performance

Applicant's Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field from a recognised University AND/OR
• Professional qualification with membership in a professional marketing body (CIM/SLIM)
• MBA would be an added advantage
• Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages both written and spoken Knowledge of Tamil language would be an added advantage
• Should possess sound analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Should be a self motivated, result oriented individual and a good team player with interpersonal skills

Working Experience:
Seven years (7) of experience in marketing field with three years (3) in management capacity
