HR Associate
Key Responsibility:
The incumbent should be able to work under strict deadlines and create value to the client through HR reporting.
- Ensure effective execution of Performance Management for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Confirmation process for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Contract Management process for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Transfer process for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Promotion process for CLIENT SBU
- Triggering an effective off boarding process for CLIENT SBU
- Preparing adhoc Reports as an when requested by the Client
Basic qualifications:
- Undergraduate / Following a diploma related to Human Resources
- 1 year of work experience in the field of HR will be an added advantage
Job Requirements:
- Should be conversant with MS Office
- Good communication skills - in written and spoken English
