HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent should be able to work under strict deadlines and create value to the client through HR reporting
- Ensure effective execution of Performance Management for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Confirmation Process for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Contract Management Process for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Transfer Process for CLIENT SBU
- Ensuring an effective Promotion Process for CLIENT SBU
- Triggering an effective off boarding process for CLIENT SBU
- Preparing adhoc Reports as and when requested by the Client
Basic qualifications:
- Undergraduate / following a diploma related to Human Resources
- 2-3 years of work experience in the field of HR
Job requirements:
- Should be conversant with MS Office
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
