Junior Executive - IT Shared Services (Software Support Engineer)

Job Profile:

• Responsible for providing support for banking application / system to all internal users, in a timely and an efficient manner
• Responsible for troubleshooting, analysing, testing and closing of all reported issues
• Evaluating reported issues, maintaining records, obtaining required support services from the vendor and providing excellent customer services to the end users
• Coordinating and collaborating with software vendors to obtain required support services to ensure they exceed services levels
• Providing support service to the IT implementation projects
• Responsible for testing of solutions provided vendors

Applicant Profile:

• Degree or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology from a recognised institute
• Professional academic qualifications in the field of Finance and Banking would be an added advantage
• Should possess more than 4 years of related experience in a Commercial Banking environment
• Knowledge of prevailing banking laws, regulations, policies, procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of card payment systems, including exposure to VISA, MasterCard systems
• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
