Management Trainees (Business Development)

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Management or Science or equivalent qualifications.
• Professional qualifications in IT, Marketing, Finance or relevant area would be an added advantage

Required Competencies:

• Good command in English (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with positive attitude, proactive personality and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Independent and self-motivated
• Age between 20-27 years
• Thorough knowledge of office applications

Preferred Skills:

• Skills on building client relationships and understanding / managing business requirements are highly preferred.
