Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Professional qualifications in HRM
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good verbal communication skills in English / Sinhala
  • Ability to handle correspondence in Sinhala and English
  • Excellent Computer Literacy - MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Ability to build cordial relationship across all levels of the organisation
  • A positive, confident and determined approach towards completing tasks on time
  • A high degree of self-imagination and ambition
  • Experience in overall HR functions would be an added advantage
  • Age below 35 years
