Customer Service Executive (Male)

The Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic individuals below 25 years of age to join our team of work in a BPO related services for a California based client. This will be in US Business Hours. Should be ready to learn business operation and related admin related duties.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English is a MUST
• Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
• Exceptional PR and customer service skills
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel is a MUST
• Ability to multi task & work extended hours if and when required
• Well versed in telephone etiquette
• Should be very detailed oriented
• Excellent follow up capability
• Adaptive to new needs
• Commitment to regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently
• A good team player
• A quick learner

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L and/or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Experience up to 5 years
