This special internship programme provides the interns with experience related to and consistent with their academic and professional aspirations and affords them opportunities that are challenging and rewarding.
Interns will be awarded an industry recognised certificate in "Introduction to Commercial Banking" upon successful completion of the internship programme and the relevant IBSL study course.
Interns will be exposed to orientation and regular training sessions aimed at providing additional insights into the banking profession throughout their internship, giving them a competitive overview of the industry.

Who will qualify?
Exceptionally talented, young school leavers who fulfil the following criteria are eligible to apply to this programme:
- Age between 18-23 years
- Possess 6 Credit passes at the G.C.E. O/L with Mathematics and a minimum of "A" or "B" pass for English obtained in one sitting
- 3 Simple passes in G.C.E. A/L excluding General English
OR - Possess 4 Credit passes at the G.C.E. O/L with Mathematics and minimum "A" or "B" pass for English obtained in one sitting
- Team players (School Colours, National Level Achievements) with 2 simple passes in A/Ls
Eligible candidates who are successful at the interview will be expected to work full-time during their internship programme and will be entitled to a competitive monthly retainer.
