Front Office Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Handle Customer Inquiries while identifying & escalating Priority Issues
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Organise workflow to meet customer satisfaction
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Maintain a good level of Customer Relationship

Key Competencies:

  • Good proficiency in English, Written and Spoken Communication Skills
  • Minimum of One year experience in a Front Office Operation will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in Cashiering would be a definite advantage
  • Professional Personality with demonstrated commitment to provide Customer experience
  • Good team player with optimistic Interpersonal skills and Attentiveness
  • Be Friendly, Charismatic, Punctual & Energetic
