Assistant Showroom Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal promptly with Customer complaints, liaising with customer services in order to resolve queries; close issues end to end
• Facilitate branch service levels and metrics; Review systems on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels
• Deliver monthly/weekly staff requirements to optimise floor coverage and staffing efficiency
• Ensure selling floor is replenished at all times
• Manage internal and external customer requirements
• Coordinate end to end after sales service requirements
• Be able to maintain service levels beyond industry levels
• Facilitate and manage cross/up sales through the branch to meet targets
• Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Oversee Cashier's activities (daily cash / credit reconciliations / down payments and sales orders)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position OR at least 2+ years' experience in
• Supervisory level preferably in a showroom, with a proven track record is a must
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a high paced environment and ability to multitask
• Excellent staff management skills
• Require a go getter who can revamp service at branch level

The Designation will be decided on candidate's level of experience, qualifications and competencies: upon which, you will be offered with an attractive remuneration package.
