Customer Relations Executive - Customer Relationship Management Unit

The Person:

  • Age 20-30 years
  • Should be able to work individually and in teams with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills
  • Taking Initiatives and willing to expand responsibilities
  • Good public relations skills & high degree of independency

The Job:

  • High value customer management
  • Devising customer loyalty schemes
  • Event management & supplier management
  • Technological innovations to improve existing process

Qualifications:

  • 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
  • Full or part qualification in SLIM / CIM any suitable educational qualification would be an advantage
  • Language fluency in English, Sinhala & Tamil will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in marketing or customer care field
  • Should have good judgment, decision making & analytical skills
