We Nawaloka Polysacks (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Nawaloka Group is in to manufacturing printed and unprinted woven polypropylene bags, thermoformed cups & lids, and plastic decorative mats. We are ISO 9001-2008 quality management system certified company and current customer base consist of multinationals and a large scale local companies.
We are now looking for dynamic individuals for following vacancy for our factory.
Human Resources Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities and coordinate entire requirement process in order to ensure timely fulfilment of company's staff requirements
- Conduct interviews and select talent to the organisation
- Place and execute the company induction
- Conduct exist interviews and manage company procedures
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly HR reports and present to the management
- Making or amending the existing policies and procedures
- Employment motivation and training and development
- Statutory compliance
- Employee welfare
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably in manufacturing sector
- Ideally holding a Degree / Diploma or any other relevant qualification in HRM
- Good written and communication skills (Sinhala & English)
