Lanka Hospitals Diagnostics (LHD) is a fully owned subsidiary of Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC. LHD offers the broadest test menu in the country via a state-of-the-art diagnostic service network. It is also Sri Lanka's first medical reference laboratory, and functions under the set guidelines of the "College of American Pathologists" (CAP).
LHD is in the process of expanding its services island-wide by opening state-of-the-art regional laboratories in the country.
Receptionists
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
You are expected to welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries, and Issuing Lab / Test reports accurately, maintain security by following procedures, maintaining logbooks.
Ideal candidate should:
- Have passed G.C.E. A/L examination
- Possess good communication skills in Sinhala & English languages and computer literacy while having knowledge in Tamil will be at an advantage
- Have a pleasant personality and willingness to work late hour shifts
