Trainee Associate / Junior Associate

We seek young, enthusiastic and energetic candidates to be part of the BPM team which is rapidly growing. Chosen candidates will be working closely with our clients delivering the services in the Finance and Accounting team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices under Accounts Payable (AP)
• Processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) and passing of General Ledger (GL) entries
• Performing Bank Reconciliation and assisting of sample audits
• Liaising with the on shore team regarding queries

Candidate Profile:

• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision
• A dynamic, self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continous improvement
• A team player with a positive attitude and a good command of spoken and written English
• Competent in MS Office Package, specially with MS Excel
• Experience in web based accounting packages such as XERO, SAASU and MYOB will be an added advantage

You may apply for the Trainee position, only if you:

• Are a school leaver (between 19 to 21 years) who are keen to start their career in Trainee Associate level
• Follows a foundation level qualification in CIMA / ACCA or follows first/second year in a part time Bachelor's Degree

You may apply for the Junior Associate position, only if you:

• Have relevant working experience of more than 6 months up to 18 months
• Follow an operational/managerial level qualification in CIMA / ACCA or follow first / second year in a part time Bachelor's Degree
