IT Executive

Location: General Office

Main Job Duties:

• Maintain all the IT related devices and equipment
• Defining and managing objectives for the department and ensure that it is aligned with the overall corporate objectives. Ensuring that these objectives are met through continuous review and corrective action
• Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
• Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes
• Selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software
• Implementing and managing security, integrity and backup procedures
• Support the graphic design requirement across all departments
• maintain all the software (Operating Systems, Virus Guards etc)
• Support users for software and hardware problems.

The suitable candidate:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Hardware an Network Administration
• Be familiar with windows XP, 7, 8, 10, MS Office 97, 2000 - 2010
• Be familiar with graphic designing software (Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator)
