Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest operator of star class hotels with a portfolio of over 2000 rooms divided among three city hotels and eleven resort hotels, situated in prime locations in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Revenue Analyst. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Sales and will be based at the Corporate Office.

Revenue Analyst

Revenue Analyst will be responsible for:

• Accurate preparation of daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports which will assist the head of sales in implementing Sri Lankan resorts yield strategies
• Evaluate, analyse and generate information on inventory, price, market mix etc which will assist the sales teams to experience and enhance the hotel's revenue management
• Monitoring and analysing the competition on a weekly basis to identify selling strategies and market trends
• Coordinating with reservation team to ensure all vouchers are entered with the correct coding on to the system to enable accurate revenue reporting
• Ensuring al corrected rates are accurate and uploaded into the system on a timely manner and inventory maintenance is correct
• Assist in preparing short and long term forecasts support and assist external audits and periodic reviews
• Participation in company-wide projects that directly or indirectly impact revenue accounting and analysis

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a degree in financial management from a recognised university and/or be a member of CIMA/ACCA/ACA together with a minimum of three years of work experience in a similar position.
