HR Officer / Assistant
The Job:
- Coordinating and Assisting in HR operation related activities in assigned companies
- Follow up on Staff Confirmations, Contract Renewals and transfers etc
- Prepare HR related reports and periodic management information
- Assisting the Training Team in Coordinating and scheduling Training Programmes
- Maintaining and Updating all HR Related data in assigned companies
The Person:
- Age between 18-25 years
- School Leavers with successful completion of G.C.E. A/L, preferably with a degree in HR or any equivalent professional qualification
- Previous experience in HRM will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of the English Language both Oral and Written
- Possess good IT literacy skills, especially in MS Office
- Ability and willingness to work during weekends
