Head of HR

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling recruitment and selection, performance evaluation and development, grievance, disciplinary management, employee relations etc
• Leading the team to adhere with the departments ISO standards
• Handling personnel accident / workmen compensation / medical insurance
• Organising staff welfare activities
• Ensuring day-to-day efficiency of the HR Department

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or qualified in PQHRM
• MBA will be an added advantage
• At least 10 years experience related to all HR functions and 2-3 years experience at managerial level
• An excellent command in written & spoken English
• Excellent administrative and organising skills
• Experience in an ISO set up would be an added advantage
• Multitasking ability
• Age below 40 years
