Junior Executive - Finance

To be responsible for handling overall daily cash reconciliations, preparation of reports for daily transactions ensuring adequate and effective policies and procedures are followed. Capability of working independently while executing the job functions in a timely manner.

Job Accountabilities:

• Handling overall daily cash / stock reconciliations of the company
• Handling supplier payments
• Ensure effective procedure preparations for the problems in cash / stock reconciliations
• Confirms every transaction with an accounting entirely in the ledger and then researches items that do not match

Skills & Experience:

• Part qualification in recognised accounting body
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
• Hardworking and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Skills in MS Office packages
• Passionate to a career in finance
• Good level of communication skills in English

Applicants should have excellent analytical and math skills, with the ability to work in teams. Ability to work in a fast paced and Agile Scrum development environment.
