HR Operation Specialist

Purpose of the Job:

  • Delivery a day to day HR Service to all employees and managers and provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way to positively impact on customer effectiveness, efficiency and confidence and ensure the administration of the end to end HR transactional activities with the employment cycle
  • Provide procedural HR advice, guidance and manage the day-to-day operations for the HR services, processes and systems to the business continually improving and streamlining processes based on trend and organisational fit
  • Be the central reference for all local HR policies, practices, processes, report and systems. Provide expertise and guidance for local legal requirements and regulations
  • Consistent delivery of accurate and timely payroll processing in designated Triumph countries
  • Ensure compliance with local and global HR policies
  • Provide support to managers in the area of responsibility to achieve Development Performance Management and employment objectives by supporting the definition & implementation of the necessary people actions and interventions.
  • Steer business results by supporting the definition and implementation of the necessary people actions & interventions to successfully execute business strategy

Experience and Qualification:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position
  • Sound educational qualification with a degree or professional qualification in HR. Masters level is desirable
  • Business and solution oriented
  • A good balance of conceptual thinking and execution skills
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, energetic and high sense of initiative and drive
  • Highly self-motivated
  • High level of assertiveness
  • Good team payer, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
