Credit Care Executive

Job Role:

• Achieve key collection targets through outbound calls
• Be accountable and responsible for barring of services for non-payment of dues
• Should have the ability to handle inbound calls related to billing and other credit issues in order to provide solutions within the given guidelines
• Facilitate instalment payment plans for customers in order to settle outstanding payments
• Be responsible for monitor high usage customers
• Follow up on promised payments and take timely credit actions when necessary
• Attending to other credit related responsibilities

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in General Management (Preferably in Credit Management)
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in the field of credit control and debt recovery
• Be highly organised, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
• Must be competent in MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be well versed in English and Sinhala, both written and verbal communication
• Team player with ability to interact with staff at all levels
• Flexible with working long hours including weekends / holidays if required
• Resilience and determination coupled with positive disposition to succeed
