Administrative Assistant

The Job:

  • An opportunity exists for an energetic personality to assist administration function for its smooth execution of set objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Organise and maintain records of stocks and create Management information when require.
  • Procurement of stationery and other office supplies.
  • Assist in Asset Management (Purchase, disposal) and update records in fixed asset records of the company.
  • Assist the teams to manage events including, training programs by providing support for necessary arrangements on time with relevant quality.
  • Supervision of third party janitorial activities/requirements of the company.
  • Assisting in official transport requirements of the company and settlement of utility payments (Water/Electricity/fuel/refreshments etc.)
  • Assisting distribution of fuel coupons and maintaining relevant records and management of portals of Third party transport providers.

The Applicant should possess:

  • 3 passes in A/L and Diploma or equivalent qualification in management/Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the relevant field.  
  • Computer literacy ( MS office).
  • Good communication skills, leadership skills and Good Personal Relations skills.
  • Self Organised ,Self-motivated, ‘go getter’ personality.
  • Flexibility in working extra Hours (with pay) when require.
