Job Profile:

• Handling phone calls by following telephone etiquette, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
• Greet and direct customers / visitors to correct destination
• Deal with queries from customers and the public

Applicant Profile:

• Three passes at G.C.E. A/L and be below 25 years of age
• Possess a presentable, pleasant and a cheerful personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess good telephone etiquette
• Be computer literate
• Previous work experience in a financial services environment would be an added advantage
• School leavers are also considered
