Associated Motorways (Private) Limited, popularly known as AMW, fully-owned subsidiary of Al Futtaim Group (AFG) of United Arab Emirates, is one of the pioneers in the Automotive industry in Sri Lanka for more than 65 years.

AMW is the agent in Sri Lanka for world renowned brands such as Nissan, Yamaha, Suzuki, Piaggio, New Holland, BP, Castrol, SONAX, Goodyear and Evergreen tyres. The local brands in the portfolio include EPIC, Marathon, Automall, Pitstop and Capital Leasing.

We are in the process of strategically expanding the business and looking for young dynamic, high caliber person to fill the following position in our Rajagiriya Suzuki Service Centre.

Customer Relations Officer

Job Role:

• Fix appointments for Customers with a warm welcome in order to create a best first impression
• Coordinate with Customers and delegate their requirements without keeping any gaps / shortfalls
• Maintain an updated client database in accurate manner with completed information
• Providing prompt and professional replies to all customers and update relevant personnel about customer enquiries
• Prepare reports / analysis on regular basis requested by the management
• Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
• Maintain effective customer care in order to enhance the good image of the company

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar position
• Successful completed the G.C.E. A/L
• High level of Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil Languages will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
