Jetwing Holidays is the General Sales Agent (GSA) for Holland - America Cruises and MSC Cruises.
Tour Executive - Outbound
We are looking for dynamic and equally committed individuals in order to fill the above positions in keeping with the growth plans of the division.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Serving corporate and FIT clients by offering travel products to meet their requirements
- Providing advice on travel destinations and options to meet client requirements quickly, accurately and with effective quotations, follow-ups etc
- Accompanying groups on overseas tours
- Sales visits on regular basis to Agents / Corporate / Clients etc
- Maintain and develop relationships with key Suppliers / Overseas Agents / Airlines
- Develop and promote innovative products and service offering and always strive to differentiate and add value to our product offering
- Assisting the divisional requirements in all aspects of the operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role in the Outbound Travel industry
- Sound knowledge of the process of planning, executing and handling outbound tour itineraries, incentive groups
- Overseas travel experience in conducing tours will be a distinct advantage
- Familiarity with AMADEUS GDS System
- Full or Part qualification in CIM UK / SLIM preferred
- Be fluent in English language both written and verbal with excellent communication and PR skills
- Be able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
- Internet Savvy
