Volanka Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC engaged in Insurance brokering activities including servicing the insurance requirements of the Group.

Senior Executive - Insurance

We seek a dynamic individual who has experience in Insurance Brokering, Underwriting & Claims.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper maintenance of insurance records
  • Obtain insurance quotations, compare quotations, negotiate with insurers and arrange best terms
  • Provide monthly management reports
  • Coordinate with insurers and clients to discuss and resolve critical areas relating to covers and claims
  • Prepare compliance reports to IBSL

Candidate Profile:

  • Part qualified in CII/AII or Diploma Insurance by IASL
  • Five year working experience in an Insurance / Insurance Broker Company
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Should be a self-learner with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Should be a team player and should be able to manage excellent relationship with the clients
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must
  • IT Literate with good working knowledge in MS Excel
