Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Profile:

  • Effectively manage tasks entrusted by Head of Banking Operations (HBO) and coordinate meetings and circulation of meetings
  • Track and report overall cost of the department
  • Track progress of projects and initiatives of the Operation Division and report to Divisional Heads of a period basis
  • Coordinate all logistics of operations projects
  • Accurate update and maintenance of of annual Operations CAPEX budget
  • Liaise between all external parties relevant to HBO
  • Maintaining proper correspondence, schedule meetings, and ensure proper follow up on call action items
  • Assist HBO in preparation of Board, BSC, and other management papers and reports
  • Assist all direct reports of HBO in correspondence, and communications with regulatory authorities and other external parties
  • Preparation of presentation material and other relevant documentation for internal meetings and forums

Special Skills:

  • Should have very strong written communication skills in English language, experience in script writing would be preferable
  • Competent in total MS Office package and should be able to handle business related modules

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4 years' experience with exposure to secretarial work
  • A part qualification in Banking (Completion of four subjects at CBF Level) or CIM/CIMA (Completion of 1st Stage)
