Call Centre Agents

A rare opportunity to secure and optimistic and rewarding career. We are in search of vibrant and enthusiastic call centre agents possess following attributes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure monthly KPI's related to collection and retention are met
  • Notify customer concerns to the respective departments timely
  • Well conversant in Call Centre etiquette
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement process

The Person:

  • Age between 20-30 years
  • A sound educational background with good A/L results
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala (Proficiency in two languages will be considered as an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Computer skills
  • Previous experience in Recoveries / Customer Service / Collection will be an added advantage
