Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Job Profile:
- Leading the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system
- Work closely with HR, IT and payroll staff to increase the efficiency of the HRIS
- Facilitate requirement gathering for HRIS
- Train staff on HRIS through knowledge sharing and mentorship
- Coordinate and handle all other HR activities from Recruitment to Resignation including Employee Engagement, Payroll, Performance Management, Health & Safety
Skills Profile:
- Bachelor's degree specialised in HRM or business administration from recognised university or any other equivalent professional qualification
- Required 3+ experience in HRIS or related discipline
- HRIS implementation experience is highly preferred with a strong understanding of HRIS configuration and integrations
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours
- Age should be below 35
- Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information
- Good team player
