Management Trainees

The vacancies are available in Chairman's Office, Brand division, Research & Development division and Production division.

The candidates will preferably be female graduates in respective disciplines from a recognised university in Sri Lanka or overseas with a pleasing personality and a good command of English language.

Period of training will be 2 years and successful candidates will have opportunities to obtain training in dynamic and challenging environment in respective fields. The successful trainees will be posted to executive positions in the company after the training period.

The recruits will be required to work at factory headquarters in Homagama and will receive an above market salary and fringe benefits including, an official mobile phone and transport. Candidates residing in or near Kottawa / Ahurugiriya / Homagama areas will be preferentially assessed.
