Branch Credit Officers
Job Profile:
You will be responsible for achieving aggressive revenue and portfolio targets. Successful candidates will also be tasked with analysing and recommending credit facilities to clients based on their credit worthiness and financial ability in order to grow a healthy portfolio.
This will involved the preparation of credit documents for approval, carrying out customer visits and inspections, continuous monitoring of the portfolio in order to ensure that all applicable convenants are adhered to, conducting periodic pricing reviews and ensuring that all operational and credit procedures are followed.
Other tasks include interdepartmental coordination to expedite the disbursement of credit facilities in a timely manner, monitoring non-performing assets and taking steps to ensure recoveries.
Candidate Profile:
- Should possess over 7 years experience in Banking / Financial Institutions, out of which 4 years should be in Credit
- Should be fully or partly qualified in Banking / Finance or any other equivalent professional qualification
- Should possess excellent report writing skills
- Should be a committed team player with strong analytical and relationship management skills
