Logistics Officer

Role Profile:

  • Maintenance of accurate Raw/Packing materials & Finished Goods stock.
  • Transferring of Finish Goods from warehouse in a cost effective manner.
  • Ensure all supervised staff members are trained as well as cross-trained  adequately & oversee performance.
  • Execute Logistic operation in accordance with QMS & EHS Policies and  follow up lean warehousing concepts.
  • Timely delivery of warehouse related all the reports
  • Manage day to day activities of the warehouse such as GRN, material  issuing, receiving & transferring
  • Follow-up with external suppliers and other stake holders to ensure timely  delivery
  • Use of GSK ERP system & good documentation practices

Personal Profile:

  • Graduate of Physical Science/ Mathematics/ Business Management/Supply  Chain & Logistic degree programme in a reputed university/Institute
  • Should have 1-2 years post relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Should be a good team player
  • Should have good interpersonal skill ,
  • Ability to work independently with less supervision
  • Ability to work long hours when it require

The successful candidate will be on an outsourced service agreement during the stipulated time period.
