We are looking for Specialist - Customer Relations, to join our dynamic team.

Specialist - Customer Relations

Job Profile:

  • Taking the ownership of a segment of postpaid customer base (B2B) and build strong relationship with each of the customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction in all service aspects
  • Minimise churn & bad debt, increase revenue through cross-selling & upselling of products, services including digital solutions while ensuring regular monthly bill payments / collections are completed
  • Closely follow-up and comply with Postpaid Customer Segmentation policy, Exposure & Dunning policy and Bad Debt Recovery process
  • Follow up on every issue or request and ensure timely resolution and complete satisfaction
  • Attempt to resolve maximum requests or issues at first call and first time
  • Liaise with internal functions such as technical, sales, marketing, finance in seeking assistance to resolve customer issues and requests

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification from a recognised university or institute
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service from a telecommunication industry
