Receptionist Cum Telephone Operator - First Capital Equities (Pvt) Ltd

The Role

• Serve Visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
• Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / courier
• Update appointment calendar and schedule meetings / appointments
• Perform other clerical duties such as filling, collating, faxing        etc.

The Person

• Minimum of GCE O/L
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Pleasing & possess good telephone manners
• Computer literate
• At least one year experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
