HR Assistant

The Role:

  • Effectively execute the companies onboarding process
  • Ensure that the companies Human Resource Information system is always up to date with accurate employee information
  • Take ownership for the administration of the companies Training and Development programs and execute the same flawlessly
  • Managing and maintaining personal files according to the set standards
  • Supporting the Goal Setting and Performance Review process
  • Take ownership and effectively execute employee engagement events 
  • Preparation of Service, Salary Confirmation letter within the stipulated SLA and quality requirements
  • Adhering to ISO 9001 quality standards when conducting all of the above activities

The Person:

  • Partially completed a Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM
  • 6+ months experience in a similar capacity or 1 year experience as an intern
  • Able to commit to a  minimum service period of 1 year
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is mandatory
  • Fast learner able to learn on the job and spend extra hours as and when required
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under Pressure
