Call Centre Agent

Job Profile:
Handle customer queries with diligence and care, providing accurate information about our programmes, procedures to new and existing clients etc

The ideal candidate should fulfil the following requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Ability to understand and speak in Tamil shall be an added advantage)
  • Have good listening skills, patience, and professionalism in handling queries and complaints
  • Willing to work long hours under pressure and maintain a good attitude
  • Be computer literate
  • Experience in a similar capacity of at least 1 year is desired, but not mandatory
  • Age between 20 - 30 years
