Intern - Human Resources (Recruitment)
As an intern you will join our divisional HR Recruitment team at Nawala Operations Centre and will be supporting all recruitment activities.
Key Features:
- You will gain a wholesome experience in core Recruitment areas such as Screening, Scheduling interviews, University Career Fairs and many more
- You may be involved with projects requiring research analysis, benchmarking, and implementation related to HR Recruitment initiatives
- Learn from highly energetic team; where your peers, line managers and senior leaders will help to develop your skills and competencies
Key Requirements:
- Analytical confidence and proactive thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Good business sense & sense of urgency when needed
- A self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable to build strong relationships across departments
- A personality who provides real clarity on what other are accountable for and take responsibility
- Preferably experienced with social media
- Undergraduates who are full time available for 8 months internship
- Fluent in English, more languages skills is a plus
- Participation in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage
