Senior Executive - Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of monthly financial statements and reconciliations
• Provision of management information on a periodic basis or on demand, by maintaining accurate financial records
• Facilitate the annual audit by co coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documents to ensure true and fair view of accounts presented
• Assist to prepare annual budgets by coordinating with the other departments to facilitate the strategic to avoid penalties / legal actions taken against the company by relevant authorities
• Monitoring the debtors of the company and to have regular meetings to ensure debtors are with the agreed period
• Negotiate rates and place deposits with banks by managing the working capital efficiently in order to assist the financial controller in generating the target finance income and ensure no overdraft interest is incurred

Candidate Profile:

• Passed finalist in CIMA / ACA / ACCA
• Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience
• Basic Knowledge on MS Office packages and other accounting packages
• Knowledge on Freight Forwarding will be an added advantage
