Accounts Executive (Male)

Job Description:

• Preparing monthly financial statements and reconciliations
• Providing management information on a periodic basis or on demand by maintaining accurate financial records
• Facilitate the annual audit by coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documents to ensure true and fair view of accounts presented
• Assist to prepare the annual budgets by coordinating with the other departments to facilitate the strategic plan & ensure payment of taxes and filing of returns on a timely manner by computing the liabilities accurately
• Monitoring the debtors of the company and to have regular meetings on debtors
• Monitoring proper inventory maintenance and issue stock items on requirements
• Negotiate rates and place deposits with banks related to imports by managing the working capital efficiently and ensure no overdraft interest is incurred

Qualifications:

• Should have minimum of two years' experience relevant to the job role
• Minimum of partly qualified in CA / CIMA / CMA / ACCA or completed degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business management from a recognised University
• Experience in ERP system would be an added advantage
• Good command in English and positive approach towards working as a team
• Should be focused, energetic, dynamic, innovative and self-motivated personality who will go for an extra mile and be a part of a growing business
• Should be able to work under minimum supervision
