Intern - e-Business

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate / Part qualified in a professional qualification in any field
• Available during the weekdays to undergo the internship for 6 months or 1 year
• Excellent command of the English language
• No work experience is required
• Having excellent work attitude
• Being tech savvy with an enthusiasm towards online activities is an added advantage
• Desire to pursue and grow a future-oriented career related to e-Business / New Technology / Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

• e-Business related data entry and updating computer-based graphic design and internet based searching activities
• Back office system management and Website management
• Researching market trends to exploit for business growth
• Managing customer enquiries, managing customer complaints and ensuring customer retention
• Managing chat operations
• Content writing for e-Business Web pages, brochures and social media etc. and proofreading as required to ensure accuracy
• Supporting role for e-Business Development Executives' work
• Supporting in marketing and promotional activities of e-Business Operation
• Supporting and organising promotional events such as launch campaign and exhibitions etc. to promote e-Business
