Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Attending to Customer complaints and coordinating with Parent Company to resolve Customer issues.
  • Handle all Customer queries and providing detail information about the product & services.
  • Manage HOD's calendar whilst keeping close track of appointment schedule.
  • Manage all routine/ non routine correspondence either independently or under direction.
  • Maintaining a user friendly filing system for the Division.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Requirements

  • Age between 18 - 25yrs
  • Possess at least G.C.E. O/L with credit passes in Mathematics & English
  • Minimum 2-3 years7 work experience
  • Excellent communication skills - Sinhala & English. Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage (Written & Spoken).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
  • Computer literate (good work knowledge on MS Office).
  • Smart/dynamic personality and excellent public relation skills.
