The selected candidate will be responsible for industrial relations of Asiri Hospital and Asiri Surgical Hospital including representing the organisation in domestic inquiries, Labour Department, Labour Tribunal and coordinating with EFC.

HR Officer - Industrial Relations
Experience & Qualifications:
- A graduate / possess a professional qualification in HRM
- At least three years of experience in Industrial Relations in the field of Human Resources
- Experience in the field of Healthcare or any related industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Negotiation skills, counselling skills and interpersonal skills to handle labour management relationships
- Computer literacy
- Age below 30 years
