You should have:

• A Degree in IT / Recognised Diploma
• Proven software development experience in PHP
• Demonstrate knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc
• Knowledge of relational databases, version control tools
• Passion for the best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Understanding of open source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Magento will be an advantage
