Care Centre Vacancies

Prerequisites:

• Good Educational Background, preferably 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English / Sinhala (spoken & written)
• Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in a call centre at a reputed service organisation with more than 2 years of experience will be an added advantage
• Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends
• Above 19 years of age (male / female)

Job Scope:

• Handle all incoming / outgoing calls and related inquiries
• Follow up customer calls whenever necessary & respond to emails
• Manage & resolve customer complaints
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments
